Q: Is there adequate space for parking?
A: Yes. Most sites provide a space for parking, or a driveway. There's also an opportunity to acquire an optional garage if required.

Q: Could you tell me more about the sites safety aspects?
A: Yes. Most sites provide home owners with a pass key to operate the barrier. Also, gates are provided to identify boundaries and this acts as extra security too.

Q: Can a conservatory be added to my new Kelly Leisure Home?
A: Yes, we offer this as an option.

Q: Can I arrange a financial package with you?
A: Yes - please contact us to discuss this in more detail.

Q: Do the on-site gardeners work all year round?
A: Yes, Maintenance work is carried out throughout the year - this includes pruning, clearing ponds and lakes, re-planting, mowing grass, and general tidying.

Q: Am I likely to encounter any litter on a KLH site?
A: No. The on-site gardening team ensure litter picking is carried out on a constant, regular basis. The chances of you finding litter on the site would be extremely rare.

Q: Can I bring my own furniture?
A: Yes. We welcome free standing furniture, but of course our luxury kitchens and bathrooms arrive already fitted and installed in our properties.

Q: There's plenty of companies in the UK offering leisure homes - why should I choose you?

Q: I'm looking for a holiday home for constant use. Can you provide all the furniture for me?
A: Yes, our properties arrive fully furnished if required.

Q: Do KLH homes install burglar alarms, or is this the owner's responsibility?
A: We can provide this as an optional extra if required.

Q: Could you outline additional on-site security measures?
A: Most sites have intruder alarm systems. When alarms are triggered, these are given priority at the main on-site reception office. A response team is then despatched to investigate the problem.

Q: I've bought a piece of land with glorious views. I'd love KLH to build a home there. Can you help?
A: We can assist with all the research and background information required.
We can also run suitable checks with the local authority concerning the plot of land. We will be able to discover whether or not it is possible for us to build.
